• Ingredients for 24 cookies

    • 200g butter
    • 70g white sugar
    • 50g brown sugar
    • the pulp of a vanilla bean
    • 200g flour
    • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar baking soda
    • 100g chocolate
    • 100g Krunchy oats alternatively sweetened
    • 2 eggs

    Also a medium ice cream scoop and flaky sea salt

  • preparation

    1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Cut the butter into small pieces and knead with the flour and all the other ingredients as well as a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough.
    2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
    3. Using the ice cream scoop, form 24 balls of the same size from the dough, crush into biscuits and place on the baking sheet.
    4. Sprinkle the cookies with flaky sea salt and bake for 12-15 minutes.
