Raphaela is a trained master farmer and organic farmer out of conviction. Organic is her life. She herself says: “My heart beats for organic farming and organic food. Because we use it to protect our climate, keep our soil healthy and the water clean.”
Her family also lives for organic, with whom she runs the Lex organic farm in the Erding district. They are founding members of the Barnhouse delivery community and run their farm with an incredible amount of heart, passion and absolute lighthouse function.
