Commercial clerk for our reception (m/f/d) - 30 hours per week

These tasks are waiting for you:

You are responsible for making a good impression at reception. You give our visitors a warm and friendly welcome.

You will confidently answer calls via our switchboard and ensure that they are forwarded correctly and quickly.

You're responsible for ensuring that we do not run out of office and cleaning materials. That's why you manage the stock, supply colleagues and reorder when necessary.

You will assist the various departments with commercial tasks.

You will also support our Managing Director with organizational matters and scheduling.

You have a commercial education.

MS Office is a natural tool for you in your daily work, which you handle competently and with experience.

Your friendliness and likeable manner not only impresses our visitors, but also your colleagues.

You enjoy working in a team and you complete your tasks with motivation, reliability and enthusiasm.

You have a good command of English.

You are a team player and adjust your working hours slightly when your colleagues are sick or on vacation.
