Krunchy Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients for 24 cookies:
200g butter
70g white sugar
50g brown sugar
the pulp of a vanilla bean
200 g flour
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Baking powder
100g chocolate
100g Krunchy Oats alt. sweetened
2 eggs
Additionally, a medium-sized ice cream scoop and flaky sea salt.
How to make it:
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Cut the butter into small pieces and knead with the flour and all the other ingredients and a pinch of salt to a smooth dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- With the help of the ice cream scoop, form 24 equal-sized balls of dough, crush them into cookies and spread them on the baking tray.
- Sprinkle the cookies with flaky sea salt and bake for 12-15 minutes.
