Krunchy Ice Pops Blueberry-Coconut

Ingredients for eight ice pops:

500 g blueberries

300 g Greek yogurt

200 ml coconut milk

3 tablespoons maple syrup

For the topping:

Krunchy Wild Berries alternatively sweetened

In addition, a mold for popsicles

How to make:

  1. Put blueberries in a saucepan and heat until a thick mass is formed.
  2. Add the blueberry mixture, yogurt, coconut milk and maple syrup to a blender and blend to a creamy smoothie.
  3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold, close the lid, insert the sticks into the opening provided and freeze for at least four hours.
  4. Remove the frozen ice pops from the mold with hot water, allow to thaw slightly and roll in the Krunchy.
