Krunchy Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients for 24 cookies:

200g butter

70g white sugar

50g brown sugar

the pulp of a vanilla bean

200 g flour

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Baking powder

100g chocolate

100g Krunchy Oats alt. sweetened

2 eggs

Additionally, a medium-sized ice cream scoop and flaky sea salt.

How to make it:

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Cut the butter into small pieces and knead with the flour and all the other ingredients and a pinch of salt to a smooth dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. With the help of the ice cream scoop, form 24 equal-sized balls of dough, crush them into cookies and spread them on the baking tray.
  4. Sprinkle the cookies with flaky sea salt and bake for 12-15 minutes.

Die Qualität in der Verarbeitung und dem Geschmack ist prima

Sind zufällig darauf gestoßen und bestellen seit dem unser Müsli nur noch bei Barhouse, diese Vielfalt trifft man sehr selten bis gar nicht. Auch der Versand ist sehr gut.

Gut bei Fructoseintoleranz

Ich habe eine Fructoseintoleranz und auf nüchternen Magen wirken sich verschiedene Zuckerarten noch verstärkt aus. Da dieses Müsli mit Reissirup gesüßt ist, ist es sehr gut verträglich. Und geschmacklich super lecker.

Lecker und zuverlässig

Produkt besitzt hohe Qualität und schmeckt richtig lecker. Wenn doch mal was daneben geht, z. B. beschädigte Verpackung bei Anlieferung, gibt schnell und unbürokratisch Ersatz. Bin jetzt seit 5 Jahren Stammkunde und werde es auch bleiben ;-)
