Krunchy Classic Oats: The krunchy muesli for everyone

Krunchy Classic Oats is - as the name suggests - a very classic krunchy muesli with few ingredients but lots of whole grain oat flakes from our regional Barnhouse farmers. Whole cane sugar gives this Krunchy its caramel sweetness, which we round off with a hint of cinnamon . Puffed rice provides a delicious bite.

A very krunchy classic for all those who enjoy their muesli on its own or prefer to mix it themselves.

Krunchy Crumble Slice

Ingredients for the dough:

130 g Krunchy Classic Oats

100 g grated coconut

150 g ground almonds

250 g dates

2 sachets vanilla sugar

50 g butter

Ingredients for the chia jam:

500 g blueberries

1 lime

3 tbsp. rose water

5 tbsp. raw cane sugar

2 tbsp. chia seeds

How to make it:

  1. Place the grated coconut, ground almonds, Krunchy, vanilla sugar, dates and butter in a blender and process to a homogeneous mass. Pour the mixture into the baking pan, press down evenly and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  2. For the jam, put the blueberries, rose water, sugar and the zest and juice of a lime in a saucepan and simmer until a thick mixture is formed. Add the chia seeds and leave to cool.
  3. Spread the jam on the crumble slice and cover with crunchy.

Das Krunchy Klassik Hafer ist eindeutig mein Lieblingsmüsli, und das schon seit Jahren.
Ich esse es etwa 5x pro Woche zum Frühstück, manchmal auch als Zwischenmahlzeit, und könnte nicht darauf verzichten.

Super Basis für all meine Bowls

Die perfekte Basis für meine tägliche Frühstücksbowl.

Ich variiere bei meinen Bowls gerne zwischen verschiedenen Früchten und Obst sowie (Pflanzen)Milch und Joghurt.
Aber Krunchy Klassik Hafer kommt immer mit rein. :)
