Regional and yet exotic!

In our Krunchy Spelt, we combine our regional spelt with exotic coconut and, despite the alleged contrast of the ingredients, create a harmonious mixture that knows how to inspire in terms of taste. The spelt from the fields of our Barnhouse farmers is baked by our bakers with airy, fluffy krunchy rice and an extra portion of coconut to create a unique krunchy muesli creation.

But why spelt? The grain not only has a fine taste, but is also good for your body. Compared to the closely related wheat, spelt wins across the board: It contains more protein, more minerals and has a high proportion of dietary fiber and unsaturated fatty acids. A real match winner that we bring to your breakfast table!
