 Star chef and TV personality Alexander Herrmann visits Barnhouse! For the popular BR series "Aufgegabelt," Alexander was once again searching for delicious and exciting products across Bavaria - and he found them, including our Krunchy, at Barnhouse in Mühldorf. With our CEO Martin Eras by his side, the charming and humorous chef gained deep insights into our production and, of course, got to sample plenty of fresh-baked organic crunchy muesli.

The filming was pure entertainment and a lot of fun for all of us. Alexander Herrmann was not only impressed by our Krunchy but also by our collaboration with the Barnhouse farmers. You can find a short "Making of" reel on YouTube.

"This muesli is more than just a product you pour milk over," says Alexander Herrmann in his new cookbook for the series, and he even created a very special and refined recipe: "Hot and Cold" Fruit Granola. Alex presents the recipe at the end of the episode - or you can get inspired to cook it yourself here! By the way: The recipe works great with Krunchy Classic Oat or Oat alternatively sweetened, but of course also with all other Basic Krunchys.
