Review, elections & really good organic food…
On November 19, 2025, the Barnhouse Bauern eG met for its annual general assembly – this time at the Gallenbach organic farm of our Barnhouse farmer Hilarius Häußler. Together, we looked back on another very successful year, including project highlights such as cover crop sowing by seed drone.
In addition to brief reports from board member Michael Rittershofer, Barnhouse CEO Martin Eras, and Josef Gaigl from Mühldorfer Mühle PrimaVera, this year also saw a new election for the cooperative's supervisory board: Hans Reichl from Schafdorner Hof, a Barnhouse farmer from the very beginning, deliberately vacated his position after his term ended to make way for the next generation. Johannes Hobmaier from Reißlsberger Bio-Hof in Neumarkt St. Veit was elected – we are very much looking forward to working with him! Hans Reichl will continue to be available for all current and future projects as a valuable and active member of the Barnhouse farmers.
The setting was also perfect: Claudia Häußler, Hilarius's wife, delighted with a delicious organic buffet, and there was, of course, plenty of time for exchange and discussions between our farmers, the Barnhouse team, and the representatives of PrimaVera Naturkornmühle.
An all-around inspiring evening that once again demonstrated how lively, committed, and future-oriented our partnership is.
