Commercial clerk for our reception (m/f/d) part-time

These tasks are waiting for you:

You are responsible for making a good impression at reception. You warmly and friendly welcome all visitors.

You confidently take calls via our switchboard and ensure that they are forwarded correctly and quickly.

You're responsible for making sure we don't run out of office supplies. That's why you manage the stock, take care of your colleagues and reorder if necessary.

You will also support our managing director with organizational matters and scheduling.

Third-party fitters are reliably looked after and supervised by you.
