Conditions of Participation for Barnhouse Social Media Sweepstakes
  • The organizer of this sweepstake is Barnhouse Naturprodukte GmbH, Edisonstraße 3a, D-84453 Mühldorf.
  • All persons over 18 years of age residing in Germany are eligible to participate in the sweepstake. Employees of Barnhouse Naturprodukte GmbH and their relatives are excluded.
  • The sweepstake starts with the publication of the post on Facebook/Instagram and ends on the date/time specified in the post.
  • Cash payment or transfer of winnings to other persons is excluded.
  • Participation is free of charge and is not dependent on the purchase of goods. Participation takes place via a comment on the corresponding post or via the participation mechanism described in the post.
  • The prizes described in the post will be raffled among all participants.
  • Comments that violate Facebook/Instagram guidelines or German law or copyright will be removed without notice upon discovery. Participation in the sweepstake is thus excluded.
  • The participant indemnifies Barnhouse from third-party claims of any kind resulting from the illegality of contributions/photos used by the participant. The indemnification obligation also includes the obligation to fully indemnify the organizer from legal defense costs (e.g., court and attorney fees).
  • Barnhouse reserves the right to exclude persons from participating in the sweepstake who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process, the system, and/or the drawing and/or violate the terms and conditions of participation. If the excluded participant is an already drawn winner, the prize can be subsequently revoked and a substitute winner drawn.
  • Winners will be determined by random draw and notified within 5 days after the end of the sweepstake.
  • Winners will be informed via the Facebook/Instagram messaging function and asked to submit their address via a form on the Barnhouse website. Please note that many deceptively real fake profiles are active. Therefore, please never click on a link in a comment.
  • The prize will be shipped by Barnhouse.
  • We store the data collected for participation in the sweepstake for the purpose of carrying out and processing the sweepstake. This data will then be deleted.
  • The sweepstake is not affiliated with Facebook/Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook/Instagram. The sole contact and responsible party is Barnhouse Naturprodukte GmbH. Legal recourse is excluded.
  • Barnhouse reserves the right to cancel or prematurely terminate the sweepstake, in whole or in part, or to change its course at any time, even without prior notice, if it is not possible to guarantee a proper execution of the sweepstake due to technical (e.g., computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons or due to force majeure. In such a case, participants have no claims against Barnhouse.
