Barnhouse Naturprodukte is Germany's leading manufacturer of organic krunchy muesli. Founded in 1979, we are a real organic pioneer. In the idyllic Mühldorf am Inn, we produce breakfast cereals at our modern production site in 3-shift operation.

Your Future with us: From Deputy to Leader (m/f/d)

As part of our long-term succession planning, we are not just looking for a temporary replacement, but for our future Production Manager. You will start as the deputy to the production manager and will be given a high degree of autonomy from the very beginning. Over the course of three years, we will gradually introduce you to your leadership responsibilities until you are able to independently lead our production team and take responsibility for the manufacturing of our high-quality products.

These tasks are waiting for you:

Team leadership: You will lead and motivate our production and engineering teams.

Planning & Organization: Shift and staffing schedules will be in your hands.

Process optimization: You will continuously analyze and optimize our production processes.

Knowledge transfer: You will be responsible for the training and professional development of our production staff.

Interface management: You will coordinate between operational production and engineering, SCM and QA

With this you convince us:

Qualifications: You have successfully completed a technical degree - ideally in a field related to the food industry.

Experience: You have at least 4 years of professional experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Ideally, you have already gained some initial leadership experience.

Mindset: You have a deep technical understanding of equipment and a genuine affinity for modern production processes.

Personality: You are a strong communicator who enjoys taking on responsibility and can inspire others.
