As part of a long-term succession plan, we are not just looking for a deputy, but our future production manager. You will start as the deputy to the production manager and will be given significant scope for design and development from the outset. Over a three-year horizon, we will gradually prepare you for your leadership responsibilities until you independently lead our production team and are responsible for manufacturing our high-quality products.

These interesting tasks await you:

Personnel Responsibility: You lead and motivate our teams in production and technology.

Planning & Organization: You are responsible for shift and personnel scheduling.

Process Optimization: You continuously analyze and optimize our production processes.

Knowledge Transfer: You are responsible for the training and development of our production employees.

Interface Management: You coordinate between operational production and technology, SCM, and QA

How you'll impress us:

Expertise: You have successfully completed a technical degree – ideally with a focus on the food industry.

Experience: You bring at least 4 years of professional experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience.

Mindset: You have a deep technical understanding of systems and a genuine affinity for modern production processes.

Personality: You are a strong communicator who enjoys taking responsibility and can inspire people.
