Barnhouse Naturprodukte is Germany's leading manufacturer of organic crunchy muesli. Founded in 1979, we are a true organic pioneer. In Mühldorf, we produce breakfast cereals at our modern production site in a 3-shift operation.

Employee Quality Management and Occupational Safety (m/f/d)
30-40 hours per week

These exciting tasks await you:

IFS Management System: You maintain our quality management system according to IFS Food and ensure that it is implemented in daily operations.

Occupational Safety: You maintain and further develop our management system in the area of occupational safety.

Corrective Actions: You organize and support corrective actions – from recording to successful implementation.

Complaint Handling: As a representative, you handle customer complaints and ensure structured responses.

Specification Management: You act as a representative in specification management and ensure that product and raw material specifications are current and correct.

Product Development: You provide representative support to our product development team on ongoing projects.

What will convince us:

Academic background: You have a university degree – ideally with a focus on food (e.g. food technology, ecotrophology, food chemistry) or a related scientific discipline.

QM experience: You have initial experience in quality management in the food industry, ideally with exposure to IFS Food.

Occupational safety: You have already gained initial insights into occupational safety – during your studies, in practice, or in a previous role.

Working style: You work precisely and solution-oriented, enjoy meticulous documentation, and maintain an overview even with many parallel topics.

Languages & Tools: You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken, and are proficient in Excel and Word.
