Your Role with Us: Keeping Everything Running Smoothly.

We are looking for a new team member for our technical department as soon as possible. As an operations technician with a background in mechanics and electronics, you will ensure that our production facilities operate reliably – and that they run even better tomorrow than they do today. You are the person the production team turns to when things go wrong, and you proactively contribute ideas on how we can further develop our systems.

These exciting tasks await you:

Repair: You keep our production plants and machines running and troubleshoot calmly and with a clear head.

Optimization: You continuously develop our machines and plants through technical improvements.

Preventive Maintenance: You independently plan and carry out maintenance according to checklists – to prevent malfunctions from occurring in the first place.

Building Technology: Smaller installation tasks on the building technology are easy for you.

External Installers: You supervise external installers and ensure that their work meets our quality standards.

What will convince us:

Expertise: You have completed technical training with a focus on mechanics and electronics – e.g., as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic with an additional electrical qualification, or an electronics technician for industrial systems.

Experience: You bring relevant professional experience in the maintenance and repair of production plants. Ideally, you already have first-hand knowledge of the food industry environment.

Mindset: You think in a solution-oriented way, enjoy getting hands-on, and take pleasure in not only repairing but also improving systems.
