Production Worker (m/f/d)

Your role with us: You turn ingredients into Krunchy

We are looking for you to join our baking line and packaging team at the earliest possible date. You will operate and monitor our machinery, ensure the quality of our products, and make sure that our Krunchy reliably fills the packages in top organic quality. Work is performed in a three-shift system with fixed shift times from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. – predictable and reliable.

These interesting tasks await you:

Baking Line: You are responsible for the best quality of our organic crunchy muesli – from the (partially) automated application to the crispy result.

Packaging: You operate and monitor our packaging lines and ensure that our Krunchy gets into the packaging cleanly and safely.

Quality Control: You check the quality of the product according to specifications and document your results.

Line Maintenance: You ensure smooth operations on your line, assist with product changes, and keep your work area clean.

Shift Work: You work in a three-shift system and are a reliable part of your shift team.

How you'll impress us:

Your background: You have experience as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or are a qualified baker, cook, pastry chef or food technology specialist.

Willingness to work shifts: You are willing to work in a three-shift system.
