We’re looking for you to join us as a part-time production assistant (m/f/d) – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Barnhouse Naturprodukte is Germany’s leading manufacturer of organic crunchy muesli. Founded in 1979, we’re a true pioneer in the organic sector. At our modern production facility in Mühldorf, we produce breakfast cereals of the highest organic quality.
So that our production team can focus fully on the Krunchy, we’re looking for you to lend a helping hand behind the scenes!
Production Assistant (m/f/d)
Part-time – 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Your role with us: You’ll take the pressure off our production team.
As part of our efforts to make our production more flexible, we’re creating a new position: You’ll handle the many small but time-consuming tasks that come up in our day-to-day production - ensuring that our team can focus on what they do best.
The work schedule is 18 hours per week, ideally daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Family-friendly, predictable, and in the middle of the day.
These interesting tasks await you:
Organization & Cleanliness: You’ll handle trash disposal, keep walkways clear, and perform minor cleaning tasks on the production floor.
Keeping Materials Moving: You’ll clear away empty pallets, containers, tubs, and work materials so our team has a tidy workspace.
Palox Handling: You’ll prepare Paloxen units, set them up, and return them after use.
Support Tasks: You’ll prepare raw materials and work supplies and perform simple weighing tasks according to clear instructions.
Product Changeovers: You’ll support our production team during product changeovers to ensure operations continue smoothly.
Here’s how you’ll win us over:
Reliability: You’re punctual, follow through on your commitments, and work conscientiously.
Physical Load capacity: The work involves being on your feet—lifting, carrying, and moving items are part of your daily routine.
Attention to Order & Hygiene: You work cleanly and in an organized manner—a given in a food-processing facility.
Practical problem-solving skills: You don’t need any special training. What’s important to us is that you can independently identify and complete recurring tasks.
Your profile: Whether you’re a working student, returning to work after taking time off for family, changing careers, or someone who’s deliberately not looking for a full-time position—you’re welcome here.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
We offer you a secure job at a growing organic food company with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes.
Fair & transparent compensation: €14.50 per hour. 18 hours per week are contractually guaranteed; additional hours, as agreed, are paid directly after the work is completed.
Financial Perks: Vacation pay, a Christmas bonus, and an annual recreational allowance (pro-rated).
Mobility: A distance-based transportation allowance and an attractive bike leasing program through eurorad.
Well-being: Regular massage sessions and free basic treatments from our partner naturopath. The EGYM Wellpass rounds out your fitness benefits.
Team Spirit: A family-like work atmosphere in a friendly, cheerful team and legendary company parties.
Culinary Perks: A lunch subsidy at the neighboring Genussküche, an organic fruit basket, free hot beverages, and, of course, our delicious Krunchy for snacking between meals.
Shopping: 40% employee discount at our factory outlet.
Are you Krunchy?
Then we look forward to receiving your brief application by email to bewerbung@barnhouse.de. A few sentences about yourself and your availability are all we need to get a first impression.
