Krunchy Beetroot Brownies

Ingredients for one tray (20 x 30 cm):

6 eggs

150 g white sugar

brown sugar

200 g dark chocolate

250 g butter

4 tbsp sunflower oil

160 g flour

1 tsp baking powder

100 g baking cocoa

150 g Krunchy Chocolate Nut

500 g precooked beetroot

How to make it:

  1. Shred beet into small pieces with kitchen slicer. Melt 120 g of the chocolate. Beat the eggs together with the sugar and set aside.
  2. Knead the flour, baking powder, cocoa, beet, oil and butter into a dough.
  3. Fold the egg mixture together with the chocolate pieces into the dough.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the pan, smooth and sprinkle with cereal.
  5. Bake brownies for 25 minutes at 175 degrees top and bottom heat.
