Teamlead for our cleaning team (m/f/d)

part-time/15 hours per week

In addition to the high quality and delicious flavour of our crunchies, we naturally prioritise first-class cleanliness and absolute hygiene. A dedicated team is always responsible for the extensive cleaning of our production on Saturdays.

Your working hours are spread over two days:

As team leader, you will be responsible for scheduling and organising our approx. 20 cleaning staff for the next cleaning appointment from home during the week. You will also be in direct contact with our HR department.

On Saturdays you will assign tasks to employees, monitor their careful completion and also help out yourself. Work always starts at 8 a.m. on this day with a working time of approx. 8 hours.
